The address is 900 W. 23rd St. The site is on the very edge of the area zoned for 300 foot towers. It looks to be just inside of the 300 foot area. If not, the height limit would be 145 feet.
The building on site has a parking entrance on W. 23rd St. and apartments facing W. 24th St.
