248-254 Hill St. in SoHo, will have 33 one bedroom units.

With construction set to begin this fall, the new four-storey building at 248-254 Hill St. is expected to open by the fall of 2026.

That's a great piece of infill and joins all the SOHO development going on to really revitalize that part of the city. Hopeful we get a nice size development across the street from it soon too.

Foundation walls and posts wrapped up now on this build. Should see ground floor walls making progress next.

Masonry contractor has started building the ground floor concrete block walls.

The 2nd floor precast concrete floor slabs have started to be installed. Should see 2nd floor concrete block walls being built next week.
