Will Busan Lotte Tower ever get finished?

Busan Lotte Tower in Busan, South Korea has a huge history: groundbreaking ceremony was held back in 2000, construction was originally slated for completion in 2005. (it was called Lotte World 2 Tower back then) (https://web.archive.org/web/200212131756...diagramsold/display.php?buildingstatus=p)
In ~2003, the completion was delayed to 2010 as the construction still remained on foundation stage.

The first archived copy of building itself was dated to December 30, 2009. By this time, the completion of this supertall building was delayed to 2015. The building itself was originally proposed to have 107 above-ground floors and height of 510 meters. (https://web.archive.org/web/20091230105836/http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19)

Archived copy from 2012 says that Busan Lotte Tower will have 110 floors. Construction start year was changed to 2011, but the planned completion year was still 2015, so, Busan Lotte Tower was slated to be completed within ONLY four years. (https://web.archive.org/web/20120625135532/http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19)

Meanwhile, according to 2013 archived copy, the construction was put on hold and the scheduled completion year was changed to 2016: (https://web.archive.org/web/20130622171045/http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19)

Archived copies from 2014—2017 say, that Busan Lotte Tower's construction was started in 2009 and construction was slated for completion by 2020 despite being on-hold since 2013. (https://web.archive.org/web/20170709173512/http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19)

In 2023, this building was briefly renamed to "Lotte Town Tower" and then reverted it's previous name "Busan Lotte Tower". The building had to be redesigned as a smaller, 67-storied, but still supertall (342m tall) mixed-use tower (https://web.archive.org/web/20230313145651/https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19) Construction was resumed several months later.

As of 2025, Busan Lotte Tower (link: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=19) is currently under construction, and the construction is slated for completion in 2028:
