I also hope they can be well maintained. The postmodern buildings in big cities(Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong) are well maintained, and those in second and third tier cities(such as Hefei, Nanning, Guiyang, etc.) that are relatively backward will not consider maintaining these old postmodern buildings.

Absolutely amazing architectural design this is exactly what I have in mind when thinking of china even tought it has long passed postmodern architecture I would like to see that style to come back in some future years in even more Grateful manner with higher quality materials and more impactful details that whole cities look like futuristic megapolis postmodern architecture was always favourite of mine in china America and Europe there was somewhat similar styling going on with Russia and eastern Europe in late 90s to mid 2000s with high-rise apartments.
