Great addition for White Rock. Like the oceanic wavy design of the tower facade and suits the area. Can see a lot of seniors moving into these towers looking to downsize from a house.

You may be wrong, my sense is that White Rock is starting to gain traction with the under 90 set.

I like the design, but one of the towers could be taller than the other two. Now they are all the same height.

It’s because those designations are meaningless

Anyways hopefully tower three will start this year since it’s foundation and core are all ready at street level

Wow! What a great project for White Rock.

Seems you can’t shake a stick without hitting a tower anywhere in Metro-Van anymore.

And that’s a good thing.

Thanks for the photos, Canucks!

Here's a slightly less recent photo (Nov 2020) showing how these towers are beginning to impact the broader skyline (taken by a Greg Bartell from the US side of Semiahmoo Bay).

White Rock's skyline is really coming along with these latest additions. I love the density White Rock showcases from this angle between the growing number of towers at the top of the hill and the compact low-rise density below.

Foster Martin Update September 7,2021

These are some really unique towers to see up close and in person. I am loving the design. They are not your cookie cutter condo high rise thats for sure! Hopefully tower 3 gets built soon!

They fit the aesthetic of White Rock well.

We have had a productive summer at The Landmark at Foster Martin by @landmark_living. The tower has reached elevation and we are starting work on the 40,000 sqft landscaping scope as well as the interiors. Stay tuned for more updates!
