[Richmond] Viewstar | Completed

Quote:
Located just minutes from the airport on No. 3 Road, across the road from the future Capstan Canada Line Station, and with easy access to Vancouver, ViewStar is your gateway to a connected West Coast lifestyle.

Offering spacious 1 to 4 bedroom residences and townhomes, serene rooftop gardens, a private elevated central park, exclusive amenities and an integrated community centre, this is a richly rewarding community for you and your family to call home.
Very little info on this - though I do have the early preview package as sales have started. Despite the size of the builds there is very little formal process for outside contacts to find more info on this large development.

$850/sq ft.

Very high end pricing tier -1BR in $660's. 2BR nearly $900K and up.
Selling fast already.

48 Floors in Richmond? Somehow I doubt this.

probably a typo or something, due to the airport it is not possible to be that tall.

they do show the Capstan way Station in the render. apparently the funding is ahead of schedule for that.

i wonder why there is a gap in the buildings though (bottom of the render with the blank wall and a gap)

If you go to the marketing website, the images which don't show the swimming pool have an exterior render that shows the buildings as 14 floors - 13 over retail, the same as almost everything else in Richmond.

Is it fair to say that certain groups have an affinity for company names that have the word "star" in it?

Everything in Richmond looks the same. Meh.

Was there a point in attaching the same pool picture five times?

Is this marketed at all to locals are is it 100% marketed to overseas buyers? I assume mostly to overseas buyers and it will be 90% empty like some of the other recent developments in Richmond.

I see lots of potential around the Capstan Area. With more condos in development and a new park coming up on Hazelbridge & Cambie, this may be the next hot spot for people wanting to live close to the skytrain and the city core.

i don't think it looks too bad really. its typical. nothing to complain about really. (except that empty chunk in the middle).

the name and logo is terrible though. reminds me of a 90s housing development.

this place is big. 1.3 million sqft over 11 buildings. on-top of the other 20 some buildings of Concord and Pinnacle. then on-top of that the entertainment district future, if that is happening. my god this area will be crazy in the next decade.
