LOS ANGELES | 925 S. Figueroa | 975 FT | 66 FLOORS

66-Story Tower Planned Next to Hotel Figueroa

Quote:
The owners of a parking lot north of the L.A. Live complex plan to redevelop their property with a skyline-altering tower.

Earlier today, Glendale-based developer Regalian, LLC filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to construct a 66-story mixed-use project at 925 S. Figueroa Street. The approximately 1.88-acre site, located next-door to the Hotel Figueroa, would yield 200 condominiums, a 220-room hotel, 94,000 square feet of commercial space and a 617-car garage.

Looks like 800 ft or so. A solid edition for the area. Modern, clean, and good dimensions.

AND, its replacing a parking lot from the looks of it. That's a nice deal.

Another giant 60 story building (not rendered) will be built next door, taking out the small building/lot at the right.

Is it just me or is LA booming?

This tower is another one I'm kinda jealous of. I want this built in my neighbourhood.
