This text says: (Taken from one of source)

The hotel (building A) and office tower (building B) are a part of a prestigious office complex.

The hotel will become the tallest building in the city of Brno.

Building A, with a height of 82.5 m, has 25 elevated floors,

building B, with a height of 52.9 m, has 18 elevated floors.

Both buildings have three underground floors that will function as garages.
Design: Ben Hoek a Vaclav Hlavacek, Studio Acht Architects, Rotterdam – Prague
SHP: independent check of structural solution for both buildings and detailed static and dynamic analysis.

It is clear that the Hotel, Tower A has 82.5m with 25 floors, not 22 as you put. And the height is not estimated then. It is according the second source.

But my question is: are you going to request also the Tower B for office? Because here i see 2 independent buildings to be splited, one hotel and another office tower. If yes, please edit your post. Thanks.

it has 25 elevated floors. I guess that it means 25 at all - 22 above ground and 3 under. just try to count floors on image. mayby I am wrong but to publicity it is presented like 22f building 82/82,5 metres height. image on official website shows something else, i guess that it is old version.
both buildings- office tower and hotel are erected from one base, so I think that there is no reason to present them like too buildings. in fact it is one structure.
