Yes, unless we hear differently from TransLink it would appear that the SeaBus is a part of their long-term plans. As for Capilano University, it is highly unlikely that SkyTrain would go there for less than 13 000 students total (including the other campuses) during limited hours when it is much more productive to push further east for the Maplewood developments. Plus, if the R2 doesn't even go up the hill, why would SkyTrain?
