Maybe it's just the width of the building creating an illusion, but it doesn't look like a 410 foot building to me.

It's roughly 560 feet wide and 1.9 million square feet.

Considering the fact that Columbs, OH is 4.5x bigger than Columbus, GA at the municipal level, and 6.5x larger at the MSA level, it is generally understood that the Columbus in Ohio is being referenced if the city name is left unqualified without a following state abbreviation.

It's similar to how the Portland in Oregon is now the definitive "Portland" at the national level, and it no longer requires the state abbreviation to distinguish it from Portland, ME.
