The logo has nothing to do with health. It's just style for the sake of style, but serves no purpose.
Like a soft serve machine serving neon sherbet.
The old logo offered some meaning. It was centered on a humanoid figure. The surrounding wings(?) could represent the team working to provide care, like a cocoon.
