Good point. I was mostly responding to "Nothing around this is within 250 ft of its height (for now)". Mews, 800 W Fulton, The Parker are within 250 ft and close by. Though I was probably being pedantic. I understand your point. It definitely extends the skyline. It really sticks out on 90/94 whether coming from the North or South.
