I have good news! In https://apps.pittsburghpa.gov/redtail/im...12-2018_Revisions-April_9_Submission.pdf , this information appears several times:

UPMC VISION AND REHABILITATION HOSPITAL AT UPMC MERCY
10 story building, new
180ft high, screen to 197ft
≈ 410,000 GSF

Since this document is over 4 years old, the architectural height could have been revised, but the number of floors has not changed, and it's virtually impossible that the architectural height could have gone from 197 ft to <115 ft. Thus, I am sure this project qualifies for the Highrise Construction forum!
