Meh, the minimum parking requirements is 584 parking spaces and the maximum is 1775. The proposal is to have 748 (for 1,014 units, plus visitors, plus commercial), which is about 28% more than the minimum, 42% of the maximum, and 74% of units (assuming no visitor and commercial spaces). Sure they could cut back on the parking a bit, but until Baseline BRT gets built, transit options aren't all that great.
