At the March 2 Planning Advisory Committee, Steve Willis briefly talks about some projects the City has worked on in 2021 at the 12:30 mark. One of those is called "Ottawa Digital Twin Project", a partnership with Carleton University which will provide a 3D model of Ottawa with new proposals inserted into it.
