It is a VERY early sketch and looks like this has quite a bit of development until the plan is firmed up. They don't even show columns, ADA parking, or lobbies from the elevators to the unconditioned garage.
And are they really planning 16 foot floor to floor?!?! "The proposed 10-story building will be approximately 168 feet in height"
