It relieves surface parking congestion for Costco. Many times very hard to find parking circling around. South of Brentwood skytrain station will be very high density. Still Creek Costco services not just Brentwood , but all of Metrotown, Burnaby Height, even east Vancouver. With the amount of money Costco making , surely they can contribute to alleviate parking congestion.
