Brush Creek park it’s already pretty full. It’s already not much of a park with the O. Henry house, a fire station and a big parking lot on it. There is some space in front of the Hilton, but doesn’t capital metro have plans for that part of the park through project connect?

You're right that the park is pretty full -- this was actually my initial response. Also, there's a two phase "reimagining" plan that I thought was about to kick off relatively soon. Not sure how this all fits together yet.
