I posted a picture of the west tunnel a week or two ago (it has all the artwork on the walls). It definitely doesn't have moving walkways in it. And it does kind of feel "temporary" (besides the artwork that's been painted on the walls). It just doesn't look like something designed for the public to use long-term. But who knows.
