The applicant, in response to comments received to date, has submitted revised plans and studies. These can be viewed on Ottawa.ca/devapps and are labelled with “2020-05-27”.
[...]Heights of all three towers have been revised (Elevations):
  • Building A (23 storeys)
  • Building B (29 storeys)
  • Building C (35 storeys)
Some other interesting notes:
  • The design of the urban plaza on the northeast corner looks really cool... and a great place for skateboarding if they don't employ anti-skateboarding measures. It is also proposed to be transferred to the City... I think previously it was going to be a Privately Owned Public Space (POPS).
  • They substantially reduced the commercial-retail space (5,442 m2 to 2,884 m2), mostly be removing the majority of the retail from the 2nd floor. Probably a good move in light of COVID. The transportation impact assessment still assumes a grocery store for the larger retail space in the podium of the two northeastern towers.
  • The number of units have actually increased from 898 to 930.
  • Looking at the floor plans, there are an exciting number of 2B and 3B units.

Overall, I'm still really into it (maybe even more-so now). It was pretty much assumed there would be some sort of elevation loss as it moved through the application process.
