Yes, by all means let's make the waterfront even more Disneyfied. A cartoon choo-choo and waterslide would be perfect. Maybe copy London and build a giant ferris wheel too. We could even revive Jolly Tar and other outsized cartoon characters in costumes with giant heads to wander around as kiddie music plays incessantly. Sounds delightful.
