It's seriously impressive how Chris Dikeakos Inc. keeps churning-out so many suburban designs that look relatively fresh and thoughtful - I don't know if anyone tracks architecture market share, but these guys must have around 1/3rd in certain submarkets like Burnaby and Coquitlam. None of their designs are going to be in an architecture magazine, but thanks to them, our baseline design standard for suburban towers is much higher than Toronto and most North American cities.

Thanks!
I think there's still one more tower to be built south of the pair.

Would you happen to know which project is the tower under construction in the foreground of that last image a part of?

That's also part of Lumina, but physically separate from the other 3 towers of Lumina.

That's the one circled in red below, now called "Alpha".
The one marked "Garden" is the one I think is missing so far.
The spot marked "Future Development" is the site of Milano.

Observatory is marked as 24 storeys, which corresponds with the rendering (and so do the streetfront townhouses)

Thanks for that.
It's so odd how Milano breaks up the Lumina towers almost into two separate lots, though I imagine the lots they sit on were sold separately and in a way that prevented any single developer from consolidating the site.

So I suppose it would be fair to assume that the warehouse like structure just to the immediate south of Milano in that photo is not part of the same property and is a completely different property (and owner) altogether?

Interesting. I didn't remember that there would be a fourth tower or even space for it. Great to have one more go up, hopefully soon. These towers are so transformational for what is still effectively an industrial area.

Probbaly different developer (?)

The unfortunate part is that looking at the pics, the driveway of the 3 tower Lumina parcel ends at a mid-block concrete wall
(the back of Milano), so there may not be a way to "cut across" the block mid-block to get to the SkyTrain Station,
unless the Lumina buildings cooperate and provide a path from Waterfall to Alpha across the tops of the podiums
(but my guess is separate stratas since there are physically separate).
