Here are some pictures I took last week of the Hardware Village West and East buildings. One thing I really like about this project is that most of the ground floor has walk up unit entrances, something that most of the multifamily development in Salt Lake has been lacking. The brownstone units on the new cross street are really cool too, a rare instance where something new, that tries to look old, actually looks good IMO.

Lee's Market (Associated Food) is going in to the ground floor of the 4th West Apartments just down the street. This, along with The Store at The Gateway, is providing grocery on the west of downtown, something this forum has wanted for a long time.
