I also understand that Moncton is essentially turning into the most desirable location (outside of Halifax) to live in the Maritimes. There's lots of expansion ongoing, it's pretty central to all NW Nova Scotia, PEI, Northern NB, it has integrated the French and English as well as you could ask for.
I wish you the best in PEI, just dream better than a Walmart, they just act as a vortex of poor community.

Thanks NB_ExistsToo. No one here was dreaming about a Walmart though. We were talking about a possible location in Stratford.
I welcome everyone to talk about Charlottetown in this forum, however it should be kept to Charlottetown/Summerside and not a comparison to other places.
Lots of expansion going on in Charlottetown too. Stratford ended the year with 75 million in permits and Charlottetown was close to 150 million. Not sure on Cornwall, but I know they had some big apartments/condos and institutional stuff built last year.
