Only 1 south Halsted would be taller if this is built to 440 feet. But this guy is on the other side of Peoria. It would be the tallest building in a 3 block radius. It will have a huge impact and complement all the new midrise density in the area nicely. Are you sure you aren't thinking of Related's other proposal, 725 W. Randolph?
