That building has been finished for a number of months now, know this because I worked there installing cabinets, did almost half of the suites there. One unique thing about this building is that it has a number of fully handicapped accessible suites for rent in it - modified bathrooms, modified kitchens, etc.

It will be interesting to see what type of business sets up on the main floor, not sure if a cafe or coffee shop could make a go of it there. Maybe some sort of niche retail, there is some unzoned on-street parking right close by but those spots are usually grabbed by early bird SAIT students so parking availability will be an issue for any business opening there.

I may haven missed the original post, but is that apartment building just off of 16th ave NW? The edge of marketing sign (cut off on the left side of the picture) looks vaguely familiar.

Looks finished if they are renting out the units. The new camera is taking much better pics BTW. Thanks for posting.

You can clearly see the address on the building in one of the photos. It's 851 17th Ave. N.W.

If it's renting it's probably finished. Great pics though, keep up the good work.

Yeah - that's good - white on white - should be really easy to see - especially from any more than about 50 feet away and at night.

Daemon - that infill on the right looks new. Could you swing by there next time and take photos of its details? Other buildings like that will be of broad interest to those on the construction thread, so please share. Very excited with you now having a better camera. You're doing great!

When I was on my phone looking at it I had to zoom in real close to finally see it. On the puter it shows up pretty easy though.

All those pictures are of the back side of this building, actual entrance is on the north side on 17th Avenue. I wonder what the signage is like there.
