Meh. Useless waste of money.

Not sure how many know about the new Bowmont Nautilus pond, but it has JUST gone on line a few months ago, and for COC, it is ground breaking technology in storm-water management. I was working in the area and thought to share this space that should be getting some press next spring.
Will be a great area for walks...lots of bridges and floating pathways. Waterfowl will be abundant, and the dead debris brought in and placed throughout should promote inner city fauna.
Here is where the runoff goes through many "cells", man-made marshes, willows, natural fescue, and eventually spills out to a dozen or so man-made meandering streams.
All streams end up here...the Nautilus pond...basically a big cyclone that drains in the middle and then makes its way to the periphery, draining out of hundreds of notches.
