Yeah, Saint John is just now at the point where there is a genuine market for high-end residential units in the dense buildings uptown, many of which have been mostly vacant for years and years. We aren't seeing new high-rise construction or anything, but residential re-purposing and densification of existing heritage buildings. I'm not sure how the building stock is in Charlottetown offhand, but could definitely see the same kind of thing happening there.
