But equally as exciting is the opportunity to "connect the dots" in the urban fabric along Peachtree Street. Infill on Peachtree in the heart of Midtown is proving to be rather difficult. You have the long dormant Dewberry lot, 1125 Peachtree that appears to be targeted for a signature office /mixed-use development, the retail strip at 9th, the FDA building and who knows if they will ever be motivated to relocate. So replacing this parking lot with a gorgeous building is huge IMO.

A long time ago I think I remember that church owned land at 4th and peachtree being targeted for development. I wonder if that idea will resurface any time soon? Would also be amazing if the lot at 3rd and peachtree across from lilli was developed and what ever happened to that hotel proposal at peachtree and ponce? Aside from the lots already spoken for these seem to the the biggest potential sites for future development.
