They are planning to build a huge park just south of the development bordered by Cambie, Hazelbridge & Brown St. Those south units will have an unobstructed views of the park and city.
I am looking forward to them putting a sidewalk on the East side of Hazelbridge (where the park and development is). It's hard to jaywalk from Hazelbrdige st, the Yaohan side to cross to Union square mall.
