Why would he need webbing to scale a building when he can stick to any surface? If he needed to quickly reach the top, he could just web slingshot his way up there.
I am a huge Spider-Man/Marvel fan but back on topic: when should we expect this baby to start fully going vertical?
As of right now on billionaire's row, CPT and 220 CPS are most definitely above street level while 53W53 is still on the foundation, 520 Park is also above street level now but hopefully this beauty isn't too far behind.
