HRM Deed Transfer Tax revenue for Q1 2015/16 is at its lowest level in the past 4 years

2012/13 - $10,138,394

2013/14 - $9,883,003

2014/15 - $9,462,781

2015/16 - $7,957,112

The decline represents a drop in property sales of $100 million compared with the same period a year earlier.
Quarterly data is not available prior to 2012/13
