This is an interesting view, circa 1950.

"Looking out from the inside of the building at 174 Kinney Street part of Pacific Electric Railway Company's bus yard at Ocean Park.
This block was bounded by Neilson Way, on which the Venice Short Line trains ran, Kinney Street, a small alley behind Main Street
which contained the single track for the Santa Monica Air-Line, and Ashland Street."
"Although Los Angeles Motor Coach (owned by Pacific electric Railway Company) buses shared this yard,
Ocean Park was not considered a los Angeles Motor Coach division."
Here's a better view of the buildings in the distance.
