Yeah, they tore down the old warehouse years ago, but the project went on hold for the duration of the recession. There isn't much going on in downtown Salem besides some funky historic buildings and small businesses (and the mall), but there was a new condo building built around 2008 or so. More info on the earlier pages in this thread...
