Not exactly what I expected. That's a lot of surface parking for a transit-oriented development, unless this is just the first of multiple phases.

I'm also kind of surprised that it's just a handful of skinny towers. For some reason I was expecting more density of the "short and bulky" variety mixed in there. I thought they were going for an urban feel, but that render looks quite suburban to me.
