Wow those prices are insane. I guess location is important but it still amazes me that people would pay $550,000 for a 2 bedroom condo in any of the suburbs including Brentwood when for that price you can still buy a 3+ bedroom townhouse or even a full fledged house with land. :|
*shrug* sign of the times I guess. Buildings are going to look good though and will be nice to see them really start to take shape.
