Base Price for Unit (inclusive of a Storage Unit): 199,900

This builder passed another fast one , in the agreement of purchase of sale, the HVAC system was part the standard equipment to be included, it is written as : Forced Air Heating/Cooling
During the upgrades session, I taught I was signing for a hot water tank rental but they also included an item an air handler which is the HVAC system or Forced Air. It wasn’t written as Air Handler, I can’t remember the exact wording but something like air coil.
They never provided the Forced Air as standard equipment; basically, I am renting the furnace and hot water tank even though it was included in the agreement of purchase of sale. My monthly bill from reliance is $80 which I was shocked to see when I got my first invoice.
What I plan on doing during my 1 year Tarion warranty is to add it to the list of missing items, not sure if that will work.
