Une source me dit qu'une grosse compagnie veut se relocaliser dans le 750 Peel. On parlerait entre 300 000 p.c et 500 000 p.c .... et non, ce n'est pas Standard Life...

à suivre les boys....
Fingers crossed!
I knew CF would find a major tenant sooner than later. Up to 500,000 sq ft, maybe we're talking about a Bank?

500k is Huge, that is much larger than the Leases that have launched 900k projects in Toronto. I think Deloitte is leasing 300k of 1 million square feet of the Bay Adelaide centre.. Judging by the render this building isn't even 500k anyway..

900 de Maisonneuve would be 475 000pc, 28 floors. it's not impossible to have 500 000pc+ with 30 floors.

At a 120m height (roughly 25 floors, not 30), I find it unlikely Windsor 2 will have a full 500,000 sq ft.

Except, they can have a much larger footprint for their tower. I believe they could have more than 500K sq within 120m on that site.

I guess they can even grab the entire lot for this project

^That's right, I forgot how huge the footprint will be (based on what I can see in the images). Also, the image shows the tower might have a truly huge disproportionate base.

This last rendering in the dark looks creepy and fantastic like some blockbuster movie scenery.

Maybe they got nervous by the attention we gave them and took down the drawings.

Anyways, as said in the other threads, this 50+ tower IS NOT in the works. So uh, yeah. Forget it.
