If the city is expecting, wanting, and needing the private sector to make up for the impending fedgov cuts, that's a bad thing. We need small, old, ratty, commercial and industrial spaces. Lots of them. We're losing them. Lots of them.

Sure it hurts to lose commercial space but a building this that will hold 500 workers in phase one that is very good news.
