The purpose of this application is to construct a new 4-storey, 8-unit apartment building, by adding on to the existing 3-storey, 9-unit apartment building. The number of parking spaces will increase from 2 to 8. Many variances have been granted through an OMB decision (PL070905) allowing for the construction of this infill project.
