So for me is in Karscino. The municipality is Karlino, but the village where those are situated is Karscino or Moltowo. But actually the most correct would be villages like Poblocie Male or Poblocie Wielkie.

Karlino is too far away from the middle point of Karscino & Moltowo, more than 10 km. So no chance is there.

Karścino is a part of Karlino municipality. I give for location always the name of the municipality.

For me, you know already, the gegraphical location counts much more. Let's wait a Polinish Editor like Wroclaw to see what he says.

I contacted already Wroclaw to see what he says. His last activity was 20.02.2009, so there is a chance he continues to be active to see that.

Alpha, here counts on geografical. I will give an example to you. If a Oil Offshore platform from shell is in middle North Sea, in ocean, the location of it is its geografical coordinates, like we put in Google maps to find out and then the city, village or whatever would be the most next to it, but not the port of registration, administrative, of the platform like Monrovia, far away in Africa, or Isle of Man.
