Waterfront has never been envisioned as an "anytime soon" project. In reality it's one of those studies that usually ends up collecting dust for most of a decade before it's redone/modernized and then it goes ahead. I'd be surprised if we see it before 2020 as much as I'd like to see it proceed sooner.

On a plus the evergreen line starting now will end up speeding up the UBC extension.
