Note: Forumer JuanPa ( from Skyscrapercity.com) called the building's administration last September, there they told him that the building's height up to the 48th floor ( the ofices "grey part") was 192metres, the height of the two next floors ( observation deck and heliport, "black part") reached up to 196 metres.

we are currently trying to contact other buildings with unknown heights.
