Another high rise proposal here in Boise, this time in a long anticipated site on the edge of downtown near the river. The project has changed a little bit since it changed developers, but the overall height was even greater than at least I was expecting. The roof height is marked at 186ft on this one, but the topper housing the mechanical stuff seems to be close to 15ft, which would push this into the 200’s, which we desperately need as there are 3 buildings within 5ft of that mark.
