The odd confluence of roadways may have been altered somewhat, lower left corner, but the curvature that one allowed PE era streetcar service to connect from Main Street over to the Market-Magnolia alignment was still largely where it had been decades before. Riverside City College was located down where Main had jumped 14th. For the NW corner, there appears to be a building with a driveway (or auto access) on 14th which is too blurred but maybe matches the one in the image where The Nook was. On the opposite corner there seems to be a gas station or service building, and like the older image, no larger structure was there. Nothing conclusive, but still a possible.
