Actually it would have had an even better impact on the skyline at 35s 110M (counting the mechanical penthouse) especially for those approaching west on Hamilton Rd. Still at 31s it will be prominent.
If the Kelloggs proposal happens for a 44s that will have a major impact on the skyline for those coming from the east on Dundas and south on Highbury. The Kelloggs proposals have been very quiet the past year. Will be interested to see if there is some movement on them once the Dundas BRT roadwork completes in 2027.
