There was a small fire at one of these existing properties a week or so ago, and they are knocking them all down the past 2 days. Not sure that means much as Tricar also knocked down the houses near Byron Northview a few months back but has been no other activity since.

The typical NIMBY concerns from 20 neighbours.

PEC mtg is today.

Much more important news is that the secondary plan for the Byron Gravel Pit redevelopment has been approved and that wastewater treatment capacity increase at the Oxford Treatment Plant is scheduled to be completed in 2029. LFP article should have lead with this information.

Up next full council vote.

Council approved the zoning changes for this building last week, following planning staff's recommendation: https://pub-london.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=124916
