The only place I can find that to be stated is an AI answer where it's quoting the most expensive North American cost compared to the cheapest European contracts.
If you look at typical contracts in the US they run at between three to five times more expensive (depending on where in Europe you look). Still significantly more expensive, but not ten times more expensive.
