I had a good look around the podium of the Third Sister this evening, and all of the ground level CRUs show evidence of ongoing inside work. I know several of these units have committed tenants.
If this large corner unit is not destined to be a large restaurant, I will be absolutely flummoxed. Looking though the windows, you can see that the exterior of the unit is a single large L-shaped space (dining room), and, the interior is being partitioned (presumably for the kitchen). It just looks like a restaurant space.
I wonder what will be occupying this unit???
