Plus, a steady flow of medical projects and many boutique inner loop infill type projects to add to the city's density.
Seems like wishful thinking for new tall office towers in Houston given the high office vacancies and weak demand for large spaces. Perhaps trophy office buildings of moderate height, but I would be surprised if any office tower taller than 30 stories is built. Even DFW is not building taller than 30 stories for offices despite the financial firms expanding there.
